All online purchases are processed through Paypal™. If you would like to order by Cheque or postal orders please contact us first.
Delivery:
We aim to deliver all items in 7 working days via Parcel Force Stand Delivery. If your item is out of stock we'll contact you.

Postage charges are worked out by the total on checkout.
£0.01-£9.99 - Postage charge: £2.75
£10.00-£24.99 - Postage charge: £3.85
£25.00-£74.99 - Postage charge: £4.95
£75.00-£149.9 - Postage charge: £5.68
£150.0-up - Postage charge: £10.00
Please note we do not ship outside of UK unless the buyer is prepared to pay full shipping costs .
If you live outside of the UK and do wish to order please contact us with your list of items and we will can then advise re the cost of shipping
Return and refunds:
We are legally obligated to comply with the EU Distance Selling Directive which became law in October 2000
This law applies to all transactions within the UK between a business and a consumer that is not made face to face ie; via a web site
As a consumer you have the legal right to a '7 day cooling off' period , during which time you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

All returns and refunds after the 7 day cooling off period must be returned in the condition they were purchaed ie: unused and unopened within 7 days of delivery. all refunds will be made within 30 days

We cannot be held responsible for any losses of returns during transit .
